(When Assembly Line Installation is Required)

The loose inserts are screwed into place approximately 1/2 way through a plastic strip 1/16" thick by 1/2" wide.  The strip is then wound onto a spool (reel) and is ready to be used by the installer (customer). 

To install the inserts from the strip into the parts simply use the power driven type tool (air or electric) to continue to screw the insert completely through the tape into the assembly part.

      Diameters Available:
                    A:   American   #2   to   3/8"      UNC or UNF
                    B:   Metric        M2.2      to     M8

      Lengths Available:
                    A:   5 Lengths available in each diameter

      Insert Quantity per Reel:
                    500    Pieces          (Quantity depends on insert
                    1000  Pieces           diameter and length)
                    1500  Pieces
